Our Design-Build Process
Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation, not a sales pitch. You'll walk us through your home, your goals, and the way your family actually lives, and we'll talk honestly about what's possible and what it tends to cost. By the end, you'll know if we're the right fit before anyone signs a thing.
Design & Layout
This is where your ideas turn into a real, buildable plan. We refine the floor plan, solve the layout headaches that have bugged you for years, and make sure the design fits how your family actually lives. Good design is an investment, and it's the best way to avoid expensive surprises down the road.
Selections & Finishes
Now comes the fun part: choosing the details that make the space yours. We'll walk you through cabinets, countertops, tile, and fixtures, so the decisions feel exciting instead of overwhelming. Getting your finishes locked in early keeps the budget honest and the timeline on track.
Proposal and Pre-Construction
With the design and selections settled, we build you a clear, itemized proposal with no vague ballparks or mystery line items. We lock in the schedule, pull the permits, order materials, and get everyone on the same page. When you sign, you already know the scope, the timeline, and the number.
Construction
Now we build, and you stay in the loop the whole time. You'll have a single point of contact, a clean and respected job site, and regular updates so you're never left wondering what's happening in your home. We treat your house like it's ours, because for the next few months, we're practically living in it too.
Final Walkthrough and Completion
Before we call anything finished, we walk the entire project with you, side by side. We work through every last detail until the job meets our standard and yours. You don't get back to normal life until you're genuinely happy with the result.
Warranty and Aftercare
Our relationship doesn't end at the final payment. Every project is backed by our three-year labor warranty, so if something needs attention, you call, and we take care of it. We're local, we're not going anywhere, and we'd love to be the team you call for your next project.
